- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

- Lead and shape integrated biomarker strategies across discovery to late-stage programs.
- Serve as biomarker strategy lead within cross-functional program teams.
- Inform portfolio strategy with biomarker-driven insights.
- Translate disease biology into clinically actionable biomarker strategies.
- Drive selection of innovative biomarker approaches.
- Lead biomarker sub-teams and cross-functional groups.
- Collaborate to integrate diverse scientific perspectives.
