Qualifications

- Experience in autoimmune diseases R&D and translational medicine preferred.
- Proven ability to lead matrixed biomarker programs across development stages.
- Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape integrated biomarker strategies across discovery, early- and late-stage programs with explicit linkage to development decisions.
- Serve as biomarker strategy lead within cross-functional program teams and governance forums.
- Inform portfolio strategy by biomarker-driven insights for target validation and patient selection.
- Translate disease biology and mechanism of action into clinically actionable biomarker strategies.
- Drive selection and application of innovative biomarker approaches aligned with clinical utility.
