Job summary

Bio-Techne seeks an Immunoassay Sales Specialist to drive sales of automated Immunoassay instruments and consumables in Boston/Cambridge and surrounding areas, with territory extending to New Hampshire and Maine. The role is field-based, offering a base salary plus commission based on individual performance.

The successful candidate will develop strategic plans for the immunoassay solutions portfolio, achieve sales targets, and grow existing and new accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Life Science tools space with 2+ years selling in related market
• Immunoassay experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling methods
• Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts
• Work closely with the full Commercial Team to provide a coordinated approach to customers
• Field sales located in the assigned territory and visiting customers 75% of the time
• Familiar with standard scientific methods, reagents & equipment relevant to Bio-Techne's product line
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for instrument and reagent lines
• Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, customers, opportunities; track progress and KPIs
• Plan and execute account management to accomplish goals and align with company vision
• Ensure customers understand value proposition, features & benefits, and competitive advantages
