Bio-Techne is seeking an Immunoassay Sales Specialist to drive automated instrument and consumables sales in the Boston/Cambridge region, with coverage also in New Hampshire and Maine. The role includes a commission plan based on performance and requires reside in the Boston area for effective field engagement.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Life Science tools and 2+ years in related sales, with Immunoassay experience highly desirable.

- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
- Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts
- Collaborate with Commercial Team for coordinated customer approach
- Field sales in assigned territory ~75% travel
- Understand reagents, techniques, equipment relevant to Bio-Techne products
- Provide accurate forecasts for instruments and reagents
- Use Salesforce to manage leads, customers, opportunities
- Plan account management to meet goals and company vision
- Explain value proposition and product benefits to customers
