Zusammenfassung

Bio-Techne is seeking an Immunoassay Sales Specialist to drive sales of automated Immunoassay instruments and consumables in the Boston/Cambridge territory, extending to New Hampshire and Maine. The role is field-based with 75% travel and requires strategic planning to grow market share within the Immunoassay product lines.

In addition to base salary, the position offers a commission plan based on individual performance, with pay determined by factors and company policy.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in Life Science tools; 2+ years selling in related market.
Immunoassay experience highly desirable.

Aufgaben

Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
Maintain and grow incremental business in existing and new accounts.
Coordinate with Commercial Team for integrated solutions.
Field sales in assigned territory 75% travel.
Familiar with reagents, techniques, and equipment in Bio-Techne's portfolio.
Provide accurate sales forecasts for instruments and reagents.
Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, customers and opportunities.
Plan account management to meet goals and align with company vision.
Explain value proposition, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
