Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling methods.
• Maintain and develop incremental business in existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team to present solutions Bio-Techne offers.
• Field sales in the assigned territory; travel ~75% of the time.
• Be familiar with reagents, techniques, and equipment related to Bio-Techne line.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for instruments and reagents.
• Use Salesforce.com to manage leads, customers, opportunities; track KPIs.
• Plan and execute account management to meet goals and align with company vision.
• Explain value proposition, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
