Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a dedicated Immigration Administrator to support our immigration program on a contract basis. You will work closely with the Global Immigration team, HR, and Legal to manage visa cases, timelines, and documentation while ensuring a high-touch employee experience.

The role emphasizes accurate data management, timely updates, and opportunities to apply AI to streamline processes. In-office presence is required at least three days a week in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of immigration administration experience.
• Familiarity with employment-based visa and permanent residency processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of visa categories, processes, requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate immigration cases with Global Immigration, HR, Legal, and managers.
• Communicate case status and milestones to employees and managers.
• Deliver a high-touch employee experience throughout the immigration process.
• Track visa expirations, renewals, and key dates.
• Maintain immigration data, dashboards, and reporting for visibility.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administration using AI and automation.
• Maintain confidentiality of immigration records and processes.
