Job summary

LegalOS in San Francisco is seeking an immigration operations professional to own the case portfolio, coordinate timelines, evidence collection, and client communication alongside the supervising attorney and the client-facing team.

You will build workflows and tools, test new approaches, and help hire, train, and manage a growing operations group as the company scales, all while upholding accuracy, confidentiality, and attorney review.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of immigration experience with case prep and filings.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail in deadlines.
• Willingness to experiment with workflows while protecting accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly via email, video, and chat.
• Interest in building a long-term career and managing teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own case execution from intake to filing and follow-up.
• Prepare narratives, exhibits, and evidence with AI-assisted tools.
• Assess client materials and recommend actions.
• Provide proactive updates and surface risks.
• Help hire, train, and coach operations teammates.
• Contribute product feedback to improve tools.
• Build templates and repeatable processes.
