Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and active bar membership.
• 3+ years of immigration experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the team and clients. Oversee case management processes and operational workflows to ensure compliance with California law, ethical obligations, and Firm standards.
• Assist in the establishment and ongoing management of the Firm’s California professional corporation and office operations.
• Provide mentorship and operational oversight. Coordinate staffing, workflow management, and compliance across California operations.
