Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm seeks an Operations Associate to bridge the legal and operations teams, triage client inquiries, and help maintain policy-compliant workflows across the firm.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. from an ABA-approved school, are bar‑in‑good‑standing, and bring 3–6+ years of immigration experience with familiarity in case management software. Strong MS Office and document management skills are expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-approved law school is required.
• Active membership in good standing of a state bar.
• 3–6+ years of immigration experience.
• Prior immigration experience is required.
• Experience with a case management software system is preferred.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word/Excel, DropBox, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle client escalations independently and escalate questions to legal leadership.
• Escalate firm risk and policy-related questions to legal leadership for review and resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date scripts, FAQs, and client communication processes.
• Surface refund or contract issues to appropriate owners and route sensitive escalations.
• Partner with Staff Attorneys to maintain up-to-date legal guidance and capture USCIS changes.
