Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Legal Operations Department, serving as the link between attorneys and operations. You will triage client inquiries, maintain scripts and resources, and ensure policies align with USCIS guidance.

The ideal candidate has immigration law experience, is goal-oriented, and can follow detailed instructions. There is potential for career growth and increased responsibilities based on performance.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-approved law school and active bar in good standing.
• 3–6 years of immigration experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience using case management software preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage client escalations and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Handle client escalations independently and escalate questions to legal leadership as needed.
• Escalate firm risk and policy questions to legal leadership for review.
• Maintain scripts, FAQs, and client communication processes; keep them current and accurate.
• Coordinate legal training and ensure consistent application of new guidance.
• Serve as SME for operational projects and document changes to USCIS policy.
