Job summary

U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants is seeking a Program Coordinator, Legal Services to coordinate, implement, and evaluate legal services programs, projects, and initiatives in a mission-driven nonprofit.

You will oversee project plans, dashboards, data analysis, and reporting to ensure grant deliverables and program targets are met on time. You will supervise Program Assistants, collaborate with attorneys and support staff, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in program coordination, project management, or related nonprofit operations.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet objectives.
  • Monitor performance, risks, and opportunities for improved outcomes.
  • Prepare status updates and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Lead data management, reporting, and performance monitoring for legal services.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Create executive dashboards showing KPIs, case activity, and grant deliverables.
  • Analyze trends in consultations, case filings, processing times, and demographics.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate grant-funded activities and track deliverables across funding sources.
  • Prepare narrative and data-driven program reports for funders.
  • Provide supervision and coaching to Program Assistants.
