Job summary

Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) is seeking an Early Childhood Education Program Specialist to support a safe, developmentally appropriate early learning program. You will work closely with the Program Director to ensure program quality, family engagement, enrollment support, and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include data management, enrollment processing, attendance tracking, and coordination with teachers and families to foster supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Washington State driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
• Occasional flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate early learning program.
• Assist with data management, enrollment, attendance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to engage and support children.
• Conduct monthly classroom observations and reflective practice with staff.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and agency policies.
