Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients, assess immigration situation, and close engagements with professionalism and empathy.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion rate and down payment collection.
• Follow up relentlessly with all open leads via phone, text, or email to move prospects toward a decision.
• Manage the full consultation-to-conversion workflow and maintain accurate CRM records.
