Lisinski Law Firm in Indiana is seeking an Intake Specialist to drive revenue and support access to justice. You will conduct consultations, assess immigration needs, match cases to attorney guidelines, and guide prospects toward confident decisions.

You will meet KPI targets, handle pricing discussions, manage the full intake workflow, maintain CRM records, and participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge of case types and the firm's sales framework.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of demonstrated, quota-carrying consultative sales experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at B2-C1 level
• CRM proficiency including data entry, activity logging, and pipeline tracking

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients and close engagements with empathy
• Meet or exceed KPI targets such as lead-to-client conversion rate and upfront payments
• Navigate pricing discussions with confidence, involving a manager for exceptions
• Learn and stay current on all immigration case types offered by the firm
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-up activities in the CRM and telephony platforms
