Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm in Medford, MA is seeking an Intake Specialist to drive revenue within the Firm’s Business Development team. You will conduct consultations, assess immigration needs, and guide prospects toward the right case type with empathy and accuracy.

You will manage follow-ups, pricing discussions, and the intake-to-signature workflow, while keeping meticulous records in Litify/Salesforce and Amazon Connect.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years quota-carrying consultative sales experience in person, over the phone, or both.
• CRM proficiency for accurate data entry, activity logging, and pipeline tracking.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-1 consultations to assess immigration needs and close engagements with empathy.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets including lead-to-client conversion and case value.
• Explain pricing and payment options with transparency and coordinate with management for exceptions.
• Learn and stay current on all case types offered by the firm.
• Follow up relentlessly with all open leads via phone, text, or email.
• Manage the full intake-to-signature workflow and schedule sign-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Litify/Salesforce) and telephony logs.
