Lisinski Law Firm seeks an Intake Manager to lead a team of Intake Leads and Specialists in delivering high-quality client intake experiences for humanitarian immigration matters.

The role emphasizes end-to-end conversion performance, coaching culture, and strict compliance with CRM and QA standards, across virtual and in-office modalities. Strong leadership and bilingual Spanish/English abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a consultative sales role with demonstrated conversion results.
• 2–4 years leading a team.
• CRM performance tracking and documentation proficiency (Litify/Salesforce preferred).
• Phone and video consultation execution to support overflow and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable Intake Leads and Specialists with clear expectations and coaching rhythms.
• Own conversion performance across the full span of control using data to identify gaps and corrective actions.
• Develop Intake Leads as coaches and leaders, observe consultations, evaluate performance, and drive improvement.
• Conduct structured 1:1s with Leads and direct reports on performance and development.
• Review consultations, dashboards, and CRM data to identify patterns and escalation needs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client situations requiring manager judgment.
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce priorities and accountability.
• Partner with leadership on performance reporting, staffing, and development priorities.
• Collaborate with Training and QA to translate QA findings into corrective action.
• Manage performance with recognition, PIPs, and decisive action on underperformance.
• Participate in hiring decisions for Intake roles using established criteria.
• Ensure compliance with policies, CRM documentation standards, QA protocols.
