Job summary

BAL in Dallas, TX seeks a Client Relationships role (CIR) to manage day-to-day coverage of outsourcing services for immigration programs, collaborating with client teams, legal, and firm resources to align with BAL objectives.

You will handle client meetings, communications, wage matters, and SOP updates, while supporting escalation protocols and processing procedures. The role emphasizes confidentiality, fast pace, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow, while keeping manager in the loop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines and goals.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend general meetings, sessions, and trainings to stay up to date with program priorities.
• Support client communications/blasts to keep audiences informed.
• Assist with escalation protocols and information gathering.
• Create process documentation for new processes.
• Potentially provide account feedback to promote efficiency and effective account coverage.
• Shadow sessions for new account team members with senior guidance.
