Responsibilities

• Utilize reports and dashboards to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Gather required documentation from clients for initial assessments.
• Draft immigration forms and supporting letters for various visa petitions.
• Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., USCIS, DOL, DOS) to track status and deadlines.
• Build foundational knowledge across immigration case types and stay updated on law changes.
• Contribute to internal training and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Escalate operational issues to legal leadership when needed.
