Job summary

Berry Appleman & Leiden (BAL) is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day management of BAL’s immigration outsourcing services for our clients. You will collaborate with client teams and BAL resources to ensure alignment with client priorities, maintain SOPs, update notices, and help with documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow, while keeping manager in the loop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to meet deadlines and goals

Responsibilities

• Attend general meetings, sessions, and trainings to stay up to date with program priorities and activities.
• Support client communications/blasts to keep audience abreast of needed information/updates.
• Assist with escalation protocols and information gathering.
• Create process documentation for new processes.
• Provide account feedback to promote efficiency and effective account coverage.
• Shadow sessions to new incoming account team members with assistance from senior members
