Job summary

BAL in Dallas, TX seeks a Client Relationships role (CIR) to manage day-to-day coverage of outsourcing services for immigration programs, collaborating with client teams, legal, and firm resources to align with BAL objectives.

You will handle client meetings, communications, wage matters, and SOP updates, while supporting escalation protocols and processing procedures. The role emphasizes confidentiality, fast pace, and cross-functional teamwork.

OVERVIEW:

Under the direction of the Client Relationships Manager (CRM), the CIR is responsible for the day-to-day coverage of BAL’s outsourcing services to support our clients’ immigration programs. The role will require collaborating with client teams, legal teams, and other firm-wide resources to ensure harmonization with both client and BAL objectives, values, and culture. The CIR may support a single client or a portfolio of clients.

  • Client Experience: Attend general meetings, sessions, and/or trainings as needed to stay up to date with program priorities and activities. Support client communications/blasts to keep audience abreast of needed information/updates. Assist with escalation protocols and information gathering.
  • Compliance: Manage requests and post required client notices. Create and manage public access files, as needed. Partner with client teams to support wage related matters and gather needed information/documentation. Assist as needed in the PERM recruitment administrative process. Continuous maintenance of internal templates and standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision of…):

  • Potentially assist in creating process documentation for new processes
  • Potentially provides account feedback to promote efficiency and effective account coverage
  • At times, may provide shadow sessions to new incoming account team members with assistance from senior members

QUALIFICATIONS:

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to maintain a sedentary position for up to 90% or the work day
  • Able to type and to grasp, grip, push and pull file drawers and doors
  • Able to walk and to climb stairs or use elevator to coordinate with other departments
  • Able to bend, stoop, kneel and/or stand to access files and documents
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs of files and/or boxes

Experience:

  • Typically 2-4 years of immigration, customer service, legal, or in a related field
  • Professional who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity; exercises judgement within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
