BAL is seeking an Immigration Consultant to support high-volume casework and deliver day-to-day client service. Reporting to senior staff, you will manage filings, communicate with clients, and ensure accuracy and timeliness across filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 0–5 years in business immigration.
• Ability to produce accurate, compliant immigration forms and letters.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing immigration policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Responsible for case production, including initiating, assessing, preparing, assembling, and filing high-volume immigration filings using established templates and systems.
• Perform administrative duties including scanning and filing of complex immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate and complete case records with data integrity.
• Utilize reports and dashboards to prioritize high volumes of work to meet deadlines.
• Assist with initial case assessments and gather required documentation from clients.
• Draft immigration forms and supporting letters for various case types.
• Coordinate with government agencies to track case status and respond to RFEs.
