You will build foundational knowledge across immigration case types, stay informed on policy changes, and participate in training to continually improve processes and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for routine client communications and updates.
• Produce, assemble, and file high-volume immigration filings using templates and system.
• Handle administrative duties including scanning and filing petitions.
• Maintain accurate case records with data integrity and timely responses.
• Use reports and dashboards to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Assist with initial assessments and gather client information and documentation.
• Draft immigration forms and supporting letters for various case types.
• Coordinate with government agencies to track status and respond to RFEs.
• Build foundational knowledge and stay updated on immigration law changes.
• Support process improvements and internal training initiatives.
• Escalate operational issues to legal leadership as needed.
