Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine client communications and updates.
• Handle case production: initiate, assess, prepare, assemble, and file high-volume immigration filings.
• Perform administrative duties: scanning and filing petitions and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate case records and data integrity; respond to requests from clients and attorneys.
• Use reports and dashboards to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Collect client information and documents for initial case assessments.
• Draft immigration forms and supporting letters for various petitions.
• Coordinate with government agencies to track status, respond to RFEs, and deadlines.
• Build foundational knowledge across immigration types and stay updated on policy changes.
• Support training and process improvements; escalate issues to leadership as needed.
