GEO Secured Services in Mount Gallows, NC is seeking Case Processing Specialists to support immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under ICE field office supervision, handling case files, data entry, and updates across ICE systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, privacy compliance, and coordination with multiple agencies. A related degree or experience is required, and meticulous documentation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or one year of related experience.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documents or DHS databases preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proficient with general PC software and data handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration cases and related activities.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files for accuracy.
• Update A-files and ICE systems with current status.
• Enter data into ICE systems ensuring data integrity.
• Maintain electronic and paper-based case files per privacy laws.
• Retrieve and organize court records and supporting documents.
• Track case status and court scheduling details.
• Generate case status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with EOIR/USCIS and ICE for interviews and removals.
• Prepare removal documents and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Communicate with detainees in their primary language when needed.
• Provide surge support after hours and perform other duties.
