Job summary

GEO Secured Services, a division of The GEO Group, is seeking Case Processing Specialists to support ICE with immigration records management and document preparation.

You will work under ICE field office personnel, handling case files, data entry, and coordination of interviews and removals. Requires associate degree or related experience; strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year related experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation such as detention files or immigration case files.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing objectives, policies, and requirements.
• Proficient with general PC applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to exercise initiative and judgment in confidential duties.

Responsibilities

• Process cases and perform immigration records management and document preparation.
• Review and manage case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect up-to-date case status.
• Enter data into ICE systems maintaining data integrity.
• Maintain electronic and paper case files in compliance with privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Retrieve and organize court records and supporting materials from multiple sources.
• Generate case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews and docket actions with ICE officers and legal representatives.
• Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Notify docket officers for appropriate law enforcement action when needed.
• Track release conditions and report violations as applicable.
• Assist with criminal history checks and supporting documents for court.
