Job summary

GEO Secured Services is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support immigration records management and document preparation for ICE personnel. You will manage case files, ensure data integrity, and assist with coordination of interviews, hearings, and removals, working under ICE field office guidance.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with DHS systems, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or one year related industry experience.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation or immigration case files.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration case files and perform peripheral activities, immigration records management, and document preparation.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect updated, accurate case status.
• Enter data into ICE systems in compliance with agency protocols.
• Maintain electronic and paper-based case files in accordance with federal privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Coordinate with ICE officers to facilitate interviews, hearings, removals, and case updates.
• Assist with docket coordination with EOIR and USCIS as assigned.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for ICE personnel and after-hours surge tasks.

Education

Associate’s degree or 1 year related industry experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
