Job summary

GEO Secured Services is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will handle case file preparation, data entry, and ensure accuracy across A-files and ICE systems under supervision.

You will coordinate interviews, removals, and docket updates, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and federal policies. The role requires organizational skills and a proactive approach to urgent cases and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or one year of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration case processing objectives, policies and procedures.
• Proficient with general PC software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment and handle confidential duties.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration case files and perform records management.
• Prepare and review case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect current case status.
• Enter data into ICE systems with accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Maintain electronic and paper case files per DHS and privacy rules.
• Coordinate with EOIR/USCIS and ICE officers for interviews and removals.
• Organize removal documents and coordinate travel logistics as needed.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to ICE personnel.
