Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under ICE field office guidance to ensure accurate case files and compliant data handling.

Responsibilities include processing cases, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating interviews with detainees and ICE officers. Prior experience with immigration/detention documentation is valued, with a focus on precision and

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year related experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation or conducting immigration/detention interviews.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of program objectives, policies, and requirements for immigration case processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
• Ability to perform complex, confidential duties with initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration cases and related activities and document preparation.
• Review and manage case files for accuracy and completeness in documentation.
• Ensure case status reflects updates in ICE systems and complies with privacy laws.
• Enter data into ICE systems ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Organize electronic and paper files; maintain court records and supporting materials.
• Coordinate interviews between detainees, ICE officers, and legal representatives.
