The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under ICE field office supervision to ensure accurate case files and timely data entry.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining A-files, and supporting docket coordination with EOIR and USCIS. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1 year of related experience required.
• Experience with reviewing law enforcement documentation or immigration case files desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC software.

Responsibilities

• Process cases and perform immigration records management and document preparation.
• Prepare and manage files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Maintain and update case status records and relevant court scheduling details.
• Coordinate interviews and releases, and assist with docket coordination with EOIR/ USCIS.
