GEO Corrections & Detentions seeks a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under ICE field office guidance to ensure accurate case files and timely updates.

Primary duties include case processing, data entry, and coordination of interviews and removal procedures, with strict adherence to privacy and agency regulations. This role offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year related experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation such as detention files or immigration case files.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process cases and perform immigration records management and document preparation.
• Prepare, review, and manage case files for completeness.
• Ensure Alien Files (A-files) and ICE systems reflect accurate case status.
• Data entry into ICE systems ensuring compliance with agency protocols.
• Maintain electronic and paper case files in line with privacy laws and DHS policies.
• Organize and compile court records from multiple sources.
• Generate case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Coordinate interviews with detainees, ICE officers, consulates, and legal representatives.
