Job summary

BI Incorporated in the United States seeks a dedicated case manager to support the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) under a DHS contract. You will administer program policies, oversee ISAP participant cases, conduct intake, and coordinate services to help participants meet obligations and access community resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work with contracts and government regulations.
• Proficiency with common computer software and DHS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains case records; ensures confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interviews and orientation sessions.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Assists participants with travel documents and resources.
• Coordinates translation and community resources for participants.
• Schedules counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Performs home visits and conducts risk/needs assessments.
