Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate to join its Pittsburgh, PA office. The role focuses on writing-intensive immigration matters, with an active bar membership in good standing from any U.S. jurisdiction. The position offers full-time hours with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

The candidate should have over one year of immigration experience, strong advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. JD required.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing-intensive immigration matters, including RFE responses and petitions.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence for client applications and immigration matters.
