Job summary

Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its Pittsburgh, Detroit, Austin, Collin County, or Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have an interest in immigration law and at least one year of experience at an immigration law firm as an associate, law clerk, paralegal, or similar role working on writing-intensive immigration cases.

Candidates must have an active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1+ years of experience at an immigration law firm.
• Interest in immigration law and experience with writing-intensive matters.
• Ability to work remotely two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, J-1 waivers and similar filings.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters.
