BCG Attorney Search in Austin, TX seeks an Immigration Associate with 1+ year of experience to join its practice. The role focuses on writing-intensive immigration matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, and visa petitions, with a flexible remote option two days per week.

You will prepare filings, collaborate with attorneys and clients, and ensure accurate documentation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Experience in writing-intensive immigration matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications.
