Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate with at least 1 year of immigration law experience for their Frisco, TX office. The role emphasizes writing-intensive immigration tasks, including RFE responses and petitions.

Flexibility to work remotely two days a week is provided. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree, an active bar membership, and excellent advocacy and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoyment and proficiency in creative writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters.
