Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate with over two years of experience for our Washington, DC office. The role is full-time with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week, offering a hybrid arrangement that supports both in-office and remote work.

The candidate will represent clients in removal proceedings, litigate in federal court, and handle family-based immigration, naturalization, waivers, and USCIS proceedings.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court.
• Litigate immigration matters in federal court.
• Handle family-based immigration, naturalization, waiver, and other proceedings before USCIS.
• Manage consular processing and other immigration proceedings.
