The role focuses on writing-intensive immigration matters, with an active bar membership in good standing from any U.S. jurisdiction. The position offers full-time hours with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

The candidate should have over one year of immigration experience, strong advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. JD required.
