Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate to join the Detroit, MI office. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in immigration law and an interest in writing-intensive cases.

The role offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include leading writing-intensive matters such as RFE responses, NIWs, and O-1/EB-1 petitions, preparing filings to USCIS and other agencies, and collaborating with attorneys, paralegals,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoyment and proficiency in creative writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters.
