BCG Attorney Search seeks an Immigration Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join its Washington, DC office. This full‑time role offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

You will represent clients in removal proceedings, family‑based immigration, waivers, and federal court litigation, while developing strong advocacy, research, and writing skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• Experience in removal defense, criminal-immigration matters, and federal court litigation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court.
• Litigate immigration matters in federal court.
• Handle family-based immigration, naturalization, and waiver proceedings before USCIS.
• Manage consular processing and other immigration proceedings.
