Formación

• US JD or LLM required
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
• 5-8 years of experience at Associate level
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of immigration law
• Prior team management experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to exceptional client service
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
• Ability to contribute to a positive work environment

Responsabilidades

• Build, strengthen, and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts, as well as Partners and other relevant stakeholders
• Formulate immigration strategies for intricate matters and present well-structured arguments
• Engage with clients at middle and senior management levels, offering counsel as necessary
• Serve as a business advisor with a deep understanding of immigration law and industry risks
• Acquire in-depth expertise in sector-specific issues and apply knowledge to client scenarios
• Ensure team follows firm protocols for file maintenance and data quality in Connect and other systems
• Research complex technical immigration issues and develop solutions
• Independently execute case preparation and filing for complex matters
• Identify revenue opportunities by exploring new business initiatives within the client base
• Directly or indirectly supervise Associates and staff, providing mentoring and coaching
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization
• Support Partners and senior team on proposals, practice area plans, and RFPs
• Proactively identify and participate in marketing and business development opportunities
• Foster collaboration across teams locally, regionally, and firmwide
• Ensure adherence to firm standards and policy to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
