Qualifications

• US JD or LLM required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar.
• 8+ years of experience at Associate level.
• acknowledged as an expert in immigration law.
• Prior team management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients and manage the quality and risk of relationships.
• Manage projects and immigration cases end to end and lead major client issues.
• Allocate resources and responsibilities to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain client relationships.
• Anticipate market/regulatory changes and provide market intelligence.
• Lead continuous improvement and drive efficiency and standardization.
• Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Participate in pitch meetings and client presentations.
• Provide team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to firm protocols and data quality in Connect and systems.
