Job summary

Fragomen seeks a Business Immigration Associate in the United States. You will work with a diverse team applying immigration law to corporate clients, drafting filings, advising on strategy, and mentoring junior staff.

Prerequisites include a U.S. JD or LLM and admission to a state bar or DC bar, 2–3 years of associate-level experience, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies, including researching, drafting, reviewing, and counseling clients.
• Prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies.
• Regularly communicate with clients and internal teams to manage case workflow and timelines.
• Mentor and coach junior Associates and staff, sharing immigration knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality.
