Meow Wolf invites applications for a Guest Services Associate in Las Vegas. You will greet guests, share information about tickets and events, guide them through the experience, and support safety and operational tasks across the exhibition.

The role emphasizes friendly service, effective communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. It is a hands-on, guest-facing position in a dynamic arts venue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about ticketing, upcoming events, Meow Wolf history and more.
• Monitor crowds and assist with crowd control to ensure safety.
• Process ticketing and merchandise transactions.
• Maintain a pleasant environment by keeping the exhibition clean and organized.
• Respond to injuries and emergencies and report incidents to the manager on duty.
• Fulfill other duties as required by management.
