Job summary

Venesco LLC is seeking a hands-on Proposal Writer to assist with federal proposal development, focusing on IMIT and IDIQ task orders. Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience with the full lifecycle of competitive federal proposals.
• Background in IT preferred.
• Understanding of capture and ability to assist technical and capture personnel in developing compelling themes, discriminators, and messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposal efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist and eventually lead and manage the full lifecycle of competitive federal proposals.
• Collaborate with BD personnel, partners, and subject matter experts to provide proposal leadership and direction.
• Ensure win strategy, technical solution, win themes, discriminators, compliance, and clear requirements articulation.
• Oversee/produce schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, proposal kickoffs, sessions, and color reviews.
• Facilitate proposal reviews and make recommendations to increase proposal scorability.
