Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional proposal or technical writing for Federal Government proposals.
• Strong understanding of Federal solicitations and evaluator-focused content.
• Proven ability to produce clear, compliant proposal narratives.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine compliant, persuasive technical and management proposal content.
• Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, PWS/SOW) and translate requirements into responses.
• Collaborate with SMEs, program managers, and capture teams to develop narratives.
• Develop past performance narratives and personnel qualifications aligned to requirements.
• Participate in proposal planning, color-team reviews, and content storytelling.
• Edit content for clarity, accuracy, and win-theme alignment.
