Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.
• Experience with IMCU/telemetry or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of IMCU patients and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Continuously monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythm, and neurological status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions and complex needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
