Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the IMCU/Telemetry unit at College Station. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to adults with complex cardiac and medical conditions on a full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week).

Responsibilities include assessing patients, interpreting telemetry, implementing individualized care plans, administering meds, and coordinating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing
• RN license is required
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor telemetry and patient condition; respond to rhythm changes.
• Administer medications and treatments; ensure safety.
• Document assessments and treatments in the EMR; coordinate care with team.
