Job summary

Jordan's Furniture in Natick, MA is seeking a guest-focused team member for our IMAX theater. You will deliver friendly service, answer questions, and process tickets and concessions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires energy, reliability, and a positive attitude to create a welcoming guest experience. We offer a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits that support employees and families.

Qualifications

• When assisting guests, provide courteous, knowledgeable service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage guests to answer questions about movies, showtimes, and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer questions regarding movies, ratings, showtimes, and theater amenities.
• Greet guests and sell movie tickets and concessions using POS systems.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately; serve concessions.
• Collect tickets and distribute 3D glasses when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of theater, lobby, and concession areas.
• Help create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities We Need You to Perform

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer questions regarding movies, ratings, showtimes, and theater amenities.
• Sell movie tickets and concessions using ticketing and point-of-sale systems.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.Serve food, beverages, popcorn, and other concession items.
• Collect tickets and distribute 3D glasses when applicable.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the theater, lobby, and concession areas.
• Help create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.

Here’s What Skills We Need You To Bring

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Positive, upbeat demeanor and a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash or working in customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to speak comfortably with guests and small groups.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range:

$16.50/hr - $17.00/hr

We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
