Jordan’s Furniture in Portland, ME is seeking a Team Lead to oversee the Ropes Course. The role combines leadership, guest service, and a fast-paced entertainment retail environment where you guide a team and ensure a memorable visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to lead and mentor a team and be a role model.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and developing your team.
• Greeting and assisting guests.
• Answering questions regarding show times.
• Selling tickets utilizing ticketing equipment.
• Handling cash and credit cards accurately.
• Serving food and drinks.
• Maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and theater.
• Assisting with coordinating the schedules and activities of Guest Service Representatives.
• Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theatre visitors.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead to help oversee a Ropes Course in our Portland, ME location!

The schedule varies between nights, holiday and weekends.

The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour

• Providing courteous service/assistance to store and theatre visitors

Here’s What Skills We Need You To Bring...

• Be able to lead and mentor a team and be a role model
• Ability to apply a high level of courtesy and professionalism to all guests in person and over the phone
• 6 months - 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to speak in front of a large audience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour
